Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify supplier documentation and prepare reconciliations; manage payments, prepayments, insurance claims, and overdue accounts.
  • •Support month-end closing, reporting, and ERP processes.
  • •Process travel and expense reports, corporate card transactions, and advances; update employee accounts and coordinate with payroll and HR.
