Senior Product Manager owning a portfolio of inventory capabilities for Cox Automotive’s Common Vehicle Inventory (CVI) platform. You’ll guide discovery through adoption, define measurable specs, align product, engineering, architecture, and UX, and drive rollout plans across dealer solutions, OEM programs, and internal operations to ensure real-world adoption and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery for your product area, engaging internal and external customers to identify and validate problems; define personas, map workflows, build hypotheses, and defend them with data and evidence.
•Write product discovery specs with measurable acceptance criteria, scope boundaries, and clear context for feasibility assessments.
•Maintain a forward-looking backlog and pipeline of meaningful work for engineering teams; balance momentum with realistic planning.
•Coordinate cross-functional alignment across product, UX, engineering, architecture, business leadership and solution delivery teams; communicate headlines first and provide context.
•Define what adoption looks like for platform capabilities and build rollout plans with partners and operations; track progress against measurable criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,600 - 186,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software product management.
•Demonstrated experience owning product discovery end-to-end—from problem identification through validated solution direction.
•Critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products; ability to ask hard questions to achieve the best outcome.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate customer problems and solution value and influence cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency with AI tools integrated into product workflows; experience driving enterprise platform initiatives.
