Senior Onboarding Officer (Syria, SY)

Lead and oversee onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth transitions and successful integration into the organization and culture. Build and implement onboarding programs, processes, and materials, coordinate with HR and department teams to provide needed resources, and run orientation sessions. Serve as the point of contact during onboarding, track progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness to support employee experience and retention, including alignment with HSE initiatives.
