Job Summary

Own and scale the global People function, guiding talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, and compensation/benefits. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership on organizational and management issues. Build scalable, data-driven People strategy and systems, lead performance management, and develop career/leveling and manager enablement programs. Manage employee relations, compensation philosophy, and compliance with relevant laws in partnership with legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the People function, including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, and compensation and benefits globally.
•Develop and implement scalable People strategy aligned to the company’s mission and strategic vision, both domestically and globally.
•Lead performance management from strategy through execution.
•Develop career frameworks, leveling guides, and manager enablement programs aligned with company goals.
•Own employee relations, compensation and benefits plans, employee relations coaching/conflict resolution, and compliance with relevant laws in partnership with legal.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 285,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of HR experience with at least five years of leadership and people management experience.
•Created or significantly scaled People functions at fast-growth startups.
•Strategic leader who balances empathy with strong business judgment and handles sensitive matters with discretion.
•Experienced with modern People tools such as Pave, TriNet, or related platforms.
•Influential communicator who builds credibility and trust across all levels of the organization.
