Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly oversee a team of Personal Shoppers and Assistant Personal Shoppers in Hong Kong.
  • •Lead end-to-end management of customer events and projects with internal teams and external vendors to drive sales and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • •Develop and implement VIP/personal services programs with Client Relations and Marketing teams to engage high-value customers.
  • •Write detailed weekly and monthly trade reports that are actionable and inform strategy.
  • •Grow proactive contact programs to engage high-potential regions and re-engage disengaged customers.
