•Make and defend technical design decisions and trade-offs with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Perform and direct analyses (structural, thermal, fatigue, seismic) to validate mechanical designs.
•Develop detailed 3D models with model-based definition, engineering drawings, and GD&T; ensure design documentation and rationale are captured.
•Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with manufacturing using DFM/DFA, and support prototype builds and testing to refine requirements and lessons learned.

•Experience performing or directing engineering analysis (FEA or other structural/thermal analysis tools) to validate designs.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
