Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or contribute to Talent & Performance campaigns, including preparing and delivering annual and mid-year reviews and talent reviews, and onboarding stakeholders across business units.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of processes, refine guidance materials, and support organizational adoption of new practices.
  • •Support identification of follow-up actions for Group-level talents and align development efforts with local and regional HR teams.
  • •Contribute to Skills architecture, develop and maintain skills across job families, and oversee Workday implementation and Career Hub activities with HRIS partners.
  • •Strengthen onboarding experiences, redesign internal mobility frameworks, and enhance data quality for mobility tracking and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent with 3-5 years of HR experience in Talent Management, Performance, or HR Transformation in international contexts.
  • •Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end: structure work, coordinate contributors, manage timelines, and deliver with limited supervision.
  • •Strong data and systems acumen: analyze HR data, translate insights into dashboards, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • •Experience with Workday is a plus and familiarity with HRIS systems is desirable.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural teams.
