Own the 18-month operational demand forecast by leading monthly Sales & Operations Planning consensus across sales, brands, supply chain, and finance. Translate consensus inputs into operational forecasts with production planning and deployment teams, including customer promotion and new product launch planning. Analyze volume drivers, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, communicate changes to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of forecasting systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning forecast consensus process with sales, brand, supply chain, and finance teams.
•Translate consensus forecasts into detailed operational forecasts with production planning and deployment teams.

•Forecast new product launches from concept through commercialization and production.
•Measure forecast accuracy, communicate changes, and lead continuous improvement for forecasting processes, systems, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with foundational statistical knowledge.
•Experience working within Sales and Operations Planning processes, customer planning and/or supply planning.
•Experience with forecasting applications and supply planning software, including Blue Yonder, SAP, SAS, or similar tools.
