Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory control strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstock while ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • •Coordinate procurement of materials locally and overseas, including supplier follow-up, purchase order reconciliation, and GRN/payment initiation.
  • •Oversee movement of materials/products within the organization, coordinating receipt, storage, and issuance.
  • •Conduct physical vs system stock reconciliation for spare parts and consumables, and maintain records of issues and usage.
  • •Prepare inventory performance and expense reports, support vendor performance evaluation, and ensure quality, HSEQ, and information security compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent qualification.
  • •Five years of experience in material management or inventory control (or similar).
  • •Working knowledge of SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • •Well-versed in MS Office applications and able to understand maintenance and safety industry standards.
