Create and refine BIM models and drawing deliverables for structural and data center projects, ensuring they align with client requirements, industry BIM standards, and the project BIM Execution Plan. Verify model completeness and accuracy before review, support coordination using Navisworks and other coordination tools, manage incoming/outgoing model and drawing information, and operate projects in BIM360 while meeting deadlines and improving productivity with new software techniques.

•Model and produce drawings using Revit (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings / Microstation under direct supervision.
•Prepare BIM models and deliverables that meet client requirements, industry standards, and the project BIM Execution Plan.
•Check completeness and accuracy of work before review by a Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
•Coordinate using Navisworks and other coordination software and support the team through the delivery phase.
•Manage incoming and outgoing model and drawing information and manage projects in BIM360 while organizing work to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of relevant Revit modeling experience.
•Some experience with Autodesk Revit (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings / Microstation for modeling and producing drawings (with supervision).
•Knowledge of industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches.
•Technical knowledge and experience of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modeling.
•BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
