Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the discovery, analysis, value stream analysis and redesign of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain clear as-is and future-state process models, taxonomies, and standards using BPM tools such as SAP Signavio or similar platforms.
  • •Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and service design methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce friction, and improve both operational performance and employee experience.
  • •Partner closely with HR Technology, Workday, and service delivery teams to turn future-state designs into practical system and operating model solutions.
  • •Drive global process standardization while thoughtfully balancing local regulatory, compliance, and business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in HR process architecture, business process redesign, or service delivery transformation within a complex global organization.
