  • •May manage and develop 1–2 analysts through coaching and mentoring to develop and retain talent.
  • •Drive improvements in risk management by testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
  • •Manage and sequence delivery of business intent by building requirements and executing against product strategy across multiple concurrent projects and programs.
  • •Collaborate across the Risk organization and business units to measure, analyze, and drive risk management outcomes.

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related).
  • •Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years of experience in analysis.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of experience in people management.
