Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
  • •May manage and develop 1–2 analysts; coach and mentor associates to develop and retain talent.
  • •Drive step-change improvements in risk management by testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
  • •Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against product strategy while overseeing multiple projects and programs.
  • •Partner across the Risk Organization and businesses to measure, analyze, and drive risk management outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or in-process) or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration).
  • •Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics with a strong quantitative orientation.
  • •Strong executive communication skills to influence agreement through written and oral communication.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of experience in people management and relevant experience in financial services/consulting.
