•In production departments, learn to set up, monitor, and deburr injection molding machines with experienced colleagues
•Support the manufacture of plastic parts and gain exposure to work preparation and quality control
•Understand the processing requirements of the materials used and how they influence production
•Maintenance and inspection of our machines as part of daily training to keep operations running smoothly
