Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for defined factory solutions, ensuring SLAs are met and site Knowledge Base articles stay up to date.
  • •Serve as the primary local IS Plant contact for regional, affiliate, and domain-level matters.
  • •Support/manage the D&T and IT/OT factory project portfolios by shaping and capturing stakeholder-aligned demands.
  • •Maintain ITIL standards for definition and management of IT/OT assets, including keeping asset inventories up to date.
  • •Contribute to IT/OT architectural standards (software and infrastructure) with engineering, IT security, and infrastructure teams.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of IT experience, including IT/OT support, operations, and light project work.
  • •Extensive proven experience in manufacturing environments, including factory OT and process/batch industries.
  • •Experience managing and delivering in a matrixed environment.
  • •Knowledge of the Opcenter Execution Pharma (Siemens Suite).
  • •Good English language skills and fluent French are required.
