Project Management Senior Manager - Roadway/Highway/Transportation

Lead transportation project management for roadway and bridge design work supporting WVDOH and local agencies. Manage engineering teams, drive scoping and complex roadway/bridge budgeting, schedule, and task delivery, and oversee project financials, invoicing, and cash collections. Serve as a client-focused leader, communicate with stakeholders and the public, and conduct business development/marketing to generate future work. Complete AECOM’s Project Management Certification Program within 6 months.
