•Scale Honeycomb backend systems to support high-volume customers.
•Foster organizational trust through transparent, constructive feedback and collaboration.
•Collaborate with other backend teams to optimize infrastructure and stack performance.
•Serve as Incident Commander and train others in incident response.
•Help cultivate a healthy cross-Atlantic engineering culture and participate in EU on-call rotation.
