  • •Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • •Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all GA assets.
  • •Act as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery.
  • •Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues; guide root cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
