Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer, operate, and continuously enhance the endpoint systems platform (collectors, engines, dashboards, campaigns, alerts, and roles).
  • •Ensure platform stability, performance, data accuracy, privacy, and security configurations, including access governance (RBAC).
  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain Systems Remote Actions for proactive/reactive remediation on Windows and macOS, and automate common end-user issues.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and Investigations to monitor device health, application experience, network quality, and user sentiment using NQL for trend and root-cause analysis.
  • •Partner across product, engineering, and MSP teams to evolve the DEX roadmap and maturity; maintain platform standards, documentation, code repositories, and operational playbooks.

Key Requirements
