Job Summary

Own finance-focused BI reporting across APAC and Europe, partnering with stakeholders to improve reporting, automation, and data processes. Lead end-to-end data projects—from gathering and analyzing inputs to building models and automated dashboards. Analyze regional P&L drivers and financial trends, run ad-hoc deep-dives for leadership, and continuously streamline operations to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver reporting, analysis, automation, and process improvements.
•Manage end-to-end data projects: source data, analyze patterns and trends, build models, and create automated reports.
•Recommend solutions across data visualization products and processes to support business needs.
•Analyze regional P&L performance across APAC and Europe, identifying revenue and cost drivers and variances.
•Lead ad-hoc strategic deep-dives and continually automate/streamline processes to improve regional efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or quantitative experience in Business Intelligence, Controlling, or FP&A.
•2-4 years of experience in analytics and data science, with strong BI reporting experience (including automated reporting/models).
•Knowledge of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow) and ability to work with financial trends versus budget and benchmarks.
•Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, plus strong data integrity and attention to detail.
•Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or CIMA) and knowledge of data science/statistical modeling are a plus.
