Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end project delivery and engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation including PMP, risk registers, and HSE plans.
  • •Assist with project setup, budgeting, financial tracking, and ERP updates; monitor progress and analyze variances.
  • •Support scheduling and milestone tracking, and manage project changes and variations with supporting documentation.
  • •Assist with monthly invoicing, purchase orders, creditor approvals, mobilisation and document control; organise meetings and track action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.
