RV/Marine Sales Rep, Sr.

Develop and maintain profitable indirect lending relationships with RV and Marine dealers in a designated market (Detroit or Indianapolis). Drive dealer sales and service performance while training dealership staff. Identify new opportunities, demonstrate value using a strong understanding of bank and competitor products, and monitor competition to suggest product improvements. Complete pre-call sales plans, document activity in a CRM, and support reporting and metrics while traveling frequently to dealers.
