Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic components and networks, including variable speed drives, AC/DC drives, and AC/DC motors using test equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair process control equipment, mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, and maintain mechanical drive components (e.g., gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts) with proper alignment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance as directed and support repairs/diagnostics for production equipment and facility systems (lighting and overall appearance).
  • •Ensure safe work execution by following plant procedures and policies, securing permits, and confirming lockouts are in place before starting work.
  • •Coordinate maintenance work with plant operations and production schedules, monitor critical failures, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; preferring a certificate, diploma, or degree in industrial electronics or an equivalent technical field.
  • •3–5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields with ability to demonstrate high proficiency.
  • •Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • •Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment, including use of test equipment for diagnostics.
  • •Experience with a Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS) and PLC training/programming experience is preferred/required per the posting’s certifications section.
