Key Responsibilities

•Create photo-realistic and stylized matte paintings by combining photography, digital painting, and 3D elements.
•Resolve artistic lookdev phases during visual development.
•Stay current on technology trends and tools (hardware and software) to strengthen the creative technical environment.
•Create scripting tools and finalize complex shots alone from scratch.
•Maintain the department pipeline, coordinate the team, and provide support, guidance, and instruction while following supervisor guidance.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in VFX or animation industries.
•At least 1 year of experience as Lead in the animation industry.
•Perfect understanding of shape, light and color, composition, and perspective.
•Professional mastery of Photoshop, modeling, sculpting, texturing/shading, lighting, rendering in Blender/Maya, and compositing with Nuke.
•Basic knowledge of Houdini is highly regarded.
