Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up on quotations and complete sales of Zurich home, motor and van products over the phone – direct with customers.
  • •Work in a target-driven environment and be rewarded with a monthly sales bonus for meeting or exceeding targets.
  • •Identify and develop calls likely to result in new business and identify cross-selling prospects for additional products.
  • •Convert quotations into sales to exceed team targets and retain current customers in line with targets.
  • •Identify upsell opportunities for additional policy benefits and drive renewals to meet retention targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 H5's or higher level C3's in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent); Third Level Qualification (minimum level 6 standard)
  • •Completed or be in the process of completing CIP and/or ACII qualification (more desirable)
  • •Previous experience in a sales and target-driven environment
  • •Excellent phone manner and communication skills; good IT skills (MS Office)
  • •Attention to detail, ability to interpret data and follow through; self-motivated and flexible
