Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the coordinated portfolio of Technology programs, projects, and central initiatives, including governance, planning standards, and operating rhythms.
  • •Maintain end-to-end visibility into priorities, timelines, achievements, dependencies, risks, resources, and outcomes; drive cross-functional execution and rapid issue resolution.
  • •Lead technology budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight in collaboration with Finance, including plan/reforecast processes and variance management.
  • •Provide executive governance and reporting with a consistent source of truth for major initiatives, commitments, risks, and financial performance; run portfolio reviews and long-term planning rhythms.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing Technology PMO, develop program/project managers as execution leaders, and establish scalable delivery tools, standards, and practices.

  • •15+ years of experience in technology program management, portfolio management, transformation, consulting, or technology delivery.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and portfolios with strong executive governance.

  • •Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities, decisions, and actions.
