Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute market- and route-level pricing strategies for ancillary (non-ticket) revenue streams, including fee portfolio optimization.
  • •Monitor daily performance against KPIs (e.g., RASK, unit revenue) to ensure delivery in line with or exceeding budget targets.
  • •Analyze business and customer trends, conduct forecasting and sensitivity analysis, and assess profitability to inform pricing decisions.
  • •Implement tactical pricing actions and drive continuous revenue optimization across ancillary products.
  • •Own and manage ancillary revenue streams by identifying new opportunities, improving offerings, and collaborating with Pricing, Ticket Revenue Optimization, and Data Science teams to enhance models, systems, reporting, and sales conversion.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years working experience, including 2+ years in a similar role (pricing, strategy, consulting) and working with/interpreting data and analytics.
  • •Experience developing and executing pricing strategies for ancillary (non-ticket) revenue streams, including fee portfolio optimization.
  • •Ability to monitor daily performance against KPIs (e.g., RASK, unit revenue) and deliver against/exceed budget targets.
  • •Strong analytical capability to perform forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and profitability assessments to inform pricing decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, or another analytical field.
