Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead vendor negotiations across multiple spend categories, covering commercial terms, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and renewal protections.
  • •Run competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), build bid comparisons, and make clear recommendations with documented benchmarks and walk-away positions.
  • •Own renewal calendars for assigned categories and coordinate with stakeholders to eliminate surprise auto-renewals.
  • •Process purchase requests through intake-to-pay, coordinating Legal contract reviews, Security vendor risk/data reviews, IT provisioning/access, and Finance PO/budget treatment.
  • •Analyze purchasing and spend data to identify consolidation opportunities, pricing outliers, and category trends, and report savings and cycle-time results.
