Key Responsibilities

  • •Head the operational HR function for the Northern UK region within contract logistics, managing senior HR managers across clustered sites.
  • •Coordinate site HR leads to ensure consistent HR services, effective industrial relations, and strong execution of workforce, talent, and organisational initiatives.
  • •Develop and help implement the regional HR strategy, prioritising key regional HR goals and driving implementation across multiple sites.
  • •Provide support and development for site HR teams and ensure ongoing issues are resolved quickly.
  • •Lead cluster change initiatives and workforce planning, interpreting data to manage headcount trends, attrition, absenteeism, and labour cost and productivity.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive HR Business Partner experience at a senior level, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.
  • •Experience running multi-site or multi-country HR operations.
  • •Strong management experience with the ability to manage multiple remote teams.
  • •Proven exposure to industrial relations and labour law.
  • •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
