Key Responsibilities

  • •Own accountability for Japanese customers’ satisfaction related to material support and logistics for OTR spares and repairs.
  • •Manage end-to-end performance for material/parts delivery to internal and external customers, including leading a team of around 20 people.
  • •Establish and monitor KPIs across the value chain (operational results, mOTR spares/repairs, backorders, AOG service rate, OTQ) focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Oversee local stock performance, including stock value, stock collection adequacy, fill rate, and delivery rate.
  • •Manage warehousing and distribution partners, transport carrier selection, and helicopter imports logistics (transport mode, costs, customs, insurance), and ensure weekend/evening AOG management for spare parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in supply chain and part order administration.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Order Administration tool (SAP) and Airbus Helicopters processes, including warranty management and spares/repair processes.
  • •Strong leadership in complex environments with uncertainty around predicted or future demand.
  • •Ability to build credibility and influence senior management, including regional and headquarters level.
  • •English is mandatory; Japanese is strongly recommended.
