Support the implementation and coordination of F&B digital platforms across EMEA, from rollout planning to execution. Key Responsibilities

•Lead rollout and implementation of digital platforms (kiosks, QR ordering, self-checkout, digital signage) as project manager.
•Handle project planning, timeline tracking, stakeholder management, content review, and coordination of deliverables.
•Support implementations with IT, Operations, and Concept teams; assist with UAT, feedback collection, and issue tracking.
•Provide day-to-day platform support across locations, including content updates, local adaptations, and alignment with brand standards.
•Assist with training materials, onboarding/training for local operations teams, and post-rollout support to drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, digital project support, marketing project management, or coordination roles.
•Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Exposure to digital tools such as POS, kiosks, and ordering systems (plus).
•Experience in multi-site or operational environments (advantageous).
•Strong organizational coordination, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; fluent in English.
