Regional Workplace Operations Manager

Own the daily employee and guest experience across your Seattle-area offices by creating a hospitality-forward, high-functioning workplace. Lead local gathering and engagement efforts, coordinate embedded vendors and operational partners across hospitality, food, facilities, and events, and establish repeatable office standards. Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent, IT, Security, Communications, Executive Support) and mentor Office Managers to ensure consistent culture and service quality across proximate offices.
