Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, lead, and steer internal and customer MFT meetings.
  • •Maintain the C-check file and ensure required information is available for stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and communicate C-Check order status via the Customer Order View and reporting materials to internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Own the C-Check project and its order lines, ensuring required checklists are completed across functions.
  • •Analyze and use KPIs to manage material order activity and address technical support cases with Airbus Canada.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working in the aviation industry.
  • •Experience with aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations (highly desirable).
  • •A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and basic IT tools.
  • •Ability to authorize to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
