  • •Participate in the collection process while mentoring teammates as a coach/player
  • •Handle escalated calls including inquiries, repossessions, reinstatements, and other special-handling calls
  • •Execute on-call monitoring and quality reviews; coach teammates on call monitors and categories
  • •Manage collection efforts to ensure teammates work assigned accounts to goals and objectives and meet performance expectations
  • •Review repossessions and charge-offs; provide cure plan options and loan modifications when appropriate; support client communications and reporting
