Key Responsibilities

•Support daily operations in the HR Hub, ensuring HR document and process audit compliance across the employee lifecycle.
•Provide HR support for the UK corporate workforce, managing employment changes and reimbursement costs tracking and submission.
•Own accurate payroll data input into SuccessFactors ahead of deadlines, including lifecycle events and benefit-related payments across multiple UK legal entities.
•Calculate ad hoc payments such as outstanding holiday pay, PILON, and redundancy amounts.
•Run monthly HR reports (new starters, leavers, absences) and support annual pay review and bonus processes, including troubleshooting payroll queries as needed.
