Own Salesforce platform integrity for a high-growth go-to-market organization, including architecture, governance, security compliance, and least-privilege user access. Define and enforce automation standards (especially Flow), establish audit-ready system change management, and review changes for integrity, compliance, and supportability. Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement improvements, reduce technical debt, and enhance platform reliability, data integrity, reporting, and executive visibility.
