Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain & improve state‑of‑the‑art equipment (300 mm implant/RTP tools).
  • •Apply 6S & Lean principles; identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • •Analyze data to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • •Provide on‑call support to technicians, create & run recovery plans.
  • •Document daily tool activity; update SOPs & share lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
  • •2+ years semiconductor experience preferred with knowledge of Implant or Anneal processes and equipment
  • •Experience with 300 mm tools (AMAT VIISta, NISSIN, AMAT Centura, Veeco LSA-101, Mattson Millios)
  • •Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
  • •Knowledge of Lean & TPM
