Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up contractor works and control procedures to ensure compliance with tender specifications and general contract conditions.
  • •Oversee erection, commissioning, and testing/monitoring of loss prevention systems per approved method statements and procedures.
  • •Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning are executed according to approved documents and drawings.
  • •Verify and approve materials in line with contract specifications and requirements.
  • •Coordinate system interfaces between loss prevention, HVAC, smoke, security management, explosion prevention, and substation control/NCC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering, from a reputed university.
  • •At least 6 years of loss prevention engineering experience, including design, inspection, erection, and commissioning of loss prevention systems.
  • •Experience on major transmission and water projects, including preliminary studies, tender documents, contract procedures, and technical specifications.
  • •Thorough knowledge of relevant international NFPA codes and standards.
  • •Registered member of NFPA, USA.
