Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day store operations and coach the team to deliver On’s brand experience
  • •Provide product knowledge training, conduct skill training based on feedback, and continuously improve customer experience
  • •Understand customer needs, offer professional solutions for movement/activity, and plan product trainings for upcoming releases
  • •Plan and adjust visual merchandising and product displays in line with new releases, including styling suggestions
  • •Manage stock intake/returns/inventory, cashier operations, opening/closing, and daily reviews, ensuring smooth store performance
