Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP/ARM SKUs across internal and external retail partners.
  • •Support and monitor 3rd-party promoter teams deployed to stores to achieve ARM sell-out targets.
  • •Support and monitor in-store displays and POP execution/maintenance, and measure performance.
  • •Support and monitor training activities for the ARM initiative, including training platform, content management, incentives, and sales enablement engagement tools.
  • •Support budget reconciliation related to the ARM initiative.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree.
  • •6-8 years of retail execution and operations experience in EMEA (displays, training, field force management, or retail activations).
  • •Experience managing store-level sellout targets and related processes for consumer electronics retail activations.
  • •Ability to support and monitor promoter teams and retail execution initiatives.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office.
