Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure clients are informed throughout the service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
  • •Conduct inspections and check-in processes, identifying and reporting damage or visible wear.
  • •Check in new vehicles and document transport damage on PDI vehicles, ensuring accurate Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation.
  • •Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests, including arranging Lyft rides when needed.
  • •Uphold CSI and quality standards by reviewing work orders, correcting issues, handling warranty claim rejections, and collecting signatures/payments via DocuSign before vehicle return.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of automotive experience with training as a Service Advisor or Front of House customer-facing role.

  • •Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and willingness to learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year, and willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire.
