  • •Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development.
  • •Prepare and maintain quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to deploy program, contract, customer, regulatory, and international standards.
  • •Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify root causes and develop preventive or corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • •Conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers to assess ability to meet program quality requirements and support management decisions.
  • •Perform hardware, software, and system-level audits and analyze nonconforming materials to provide material review dispositions.

  • •Experience working with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft.
  • •3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with U.S. Citizenship required by the U.S. Government.
  • •Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
