Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of subcontractors and ensure they follow common operational procedures.
  • •Issue material requisitions in adequate time to achieve the target programme and coordinate equipment needs for excavation, de-watering, and shoring.
  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards; enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • •Supervise and coordinate construction activities including foundation laying, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, bricklaying, backfilling, pipe laying, chambering, and shuttering.
  • •Coordinate with teams, participate in claim resolutions, maintain employee attendance records, and facilitate toolbox/daily pre-start meetings while supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with at least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
  • •Diploma in an engineering-related discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical) or related technical certificates.
  • •Experience supervising construction projects and applying safety procedures with hazard recognition.
  • •Familiarity with construction and material specifications and working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
