Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
•Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
•Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
•Participate in all phases of planning and execution for the territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in sales meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences.
