Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, cost control, and cash-flow monitoring to ensure profitability and compliance with commercial strategy.
  • •Prepare and review tenders; negotiate contracts; manage claims, variation orders, and contractual disputes.
  • •Source and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants in line with procurement schedules and best practice.
  • •Oversee main and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contractual obligations.
  • •Value and manage variations, RFPs, and change orders; prepare monthly progress claims and financial reports; identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks; lead cost management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry in Hong Kong, ideally in Principal Delivery (design & build) and fit-out commercial management.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract forms and types, with demonstrated cost management expertise.
  • •Experience leading and negotiating across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and financial analysis tools.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional credentials such as MCIOB or MRICS are preferred.
