Own commercial delivery for design & build projects by leading budgeting, cost control, and cash-flow monitoring to protect profitability and compliance. Manage pre- and post-contract activities including tenders, contract negotiations, claims, variation orders, and dispute support. Source and oversee suppliers and subcontractors, administer main/sub agreements, manage changes and reporting, and identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risk while leading cost management teams.
