Job Summary

Support Aon’s Transaction Solutions (AMATS) across M&A transactions in Asia by delivering advisory and broking services for W&I, Tax, Contingency and related insurance products. Build and maintain networks with external and internal partners, attend client meetings and seminars across the region, and present the AMATS value proposition. Manage revenue reporting in Aon Connect, prepare content and marketing materials, and contribute to business development and deal support.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advisory and broking support across Transaction Solutions products on M&A transactions and other client situations.
•Build and manage the AMATS ecosystem network with external distribution channels and internal Aon teams.
•Attend external client meetings and seminars across Asia to build relationships, including international travel.
•Manage revenue reporting in Aon Connect and support management reporting and data collection.
•Prepare Aon content and marketing materials, collate deal and business development collateral, and present the AMATS client value proposition.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in M&A solutions, including W&I, Tax and Contingency Insurance advisory and risk/insurance products.
•Track record of building senior client relationships and driving business development.
•Collaborative approach to working across local and regional teams.
•Understanding of regulatory compliance across Asia markets.
