Job Summary

Lead strategy, operations, and execution for SoFi’s Relay Business, a key part of the Member Group focused on helping millions achieve financial independence. Own XFN team operations and OKR delivery, manage the area P&L with Finance, and provide business performance analytics to the Executive Team and Board. Partner with Legal and Risk to execute safely, track industry/competitor trends, and support business development and third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Support overall vision and strategy for the Relay business area, partnering with cross-functional leaders and Member BU leadership.
•Set and manage cross-functional team operations for Relay to execute against vision and achieve OKRs.
•Manage the area P&L in partnership with Finance, aligned to area and company goals.
•Develop and deliver regular reporting on business performance/analytics to the Executive Team and the Board.
•Partner with Legal and Risk to safely execute the Relay strategy, including financial, fraud/gaming, and operational risk considerations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,800 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience across strategic and general management roles.
•Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and hitting OKRs.
•Strong focus on customer experience and insights.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•MBA or equivalent degree (nice to have).
