Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical development for PAD Lifestyle and Young Movers Kids footwear, leading new silhouettes across Adult and Kids. Partner with Design to translate concepts into performance-driven products, manage the full lifecycle from 2D/3D concepts to tech-packing, prototyping, and production-ready samples, and drive material and tooling innovation. Lead fit and wear testing, collaborate with product, sourcing, and Tier 1 factory partners, and optimize construction methods for scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical development for new footwear silhouettes across Adult and Kids categories to meet performance, aesthetic, and fit standards.
•Serve as primary technical partner to Design to convert creative concepts into commercial-ready products without compromising function.
•Manage end-to-end development from 2D/3D concepts through tech-packing, prototyping, and final production-ready samples.
•Partner with material sourcing and tooling teams to test and implement new compounds, textiles, and manufacturing methods.
•Oversee fit and wear testing and collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing, and Tier 1 factory partners to meet timelines and margin targets.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of footwear development experience, with a track record launching complex, performance-driven lifestyle or athletic products.
•Experience leading the technical lifecycle for footwear development, from concepts through production-ready samples.
•Strong fit and wear testing capability for both adults and kids, using feedback to iterate on comfort, support, and durability.
•Experience collaborating closely with overseas commercialization centers and factories and communicating technical nuances across cultures.
•Hands-on, resilient individual contributor mindset with patience for long development timelines and comfort working independently.
