Job Summary

Drive quality and reliability for modern SaaS experiences, designing and maintaining modular automated tests across UI, API, integration, and workflow layers. Partner with engineers, product managers, UX, and quality peers to define acceptance criteria, validate user journeys, and identify risks and edge cases early. Use AI-assisted test generation, coding agents, and automation tooling to expand coverage, improve test environments, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce manual regression effort.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute manual testing activities across the development lifecycle within an agile process.
•Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define acceptance criteria, test strategies, and edge cases early.
•Build and maintain automated tests for API and UI layers to expand coverage and reduce regression risk.
•Support and evolve test environments, frameworks, and tools to improve test efficiency and reliability.
•Use AI-assisted engineering practices (coding agents, AI-assisted test generation) and review outputs to ensure tests validate business outcomes and failure modes; monitor results and escalate risks.

Key Requirements

•3+ years testing enterprise-grade, scalable, distributed applications, products, and services.
•Experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Pytest, Selenium, or Playwright.
•Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
•Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or AI-assisted test automation.
•Agile environment experience, with understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts preferred.
