Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and identify improvement opportunities in clients’ processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
  • •Design processes and workflows in alignment with ServiceNow modules and best practices.
  • •Contribute to the implementation of technical solutions tailored to client needs while upholding Devoteam standards.
  • •Draft, quote, and validate technical proposals as part of responses to client bids and calls for proposals.
  • •Support knowledge capitalization and skills development within the ServiceNow practice at Devoteam N Platform Paris.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5) with at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience
  • •Experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects and conducting design workshops
  • •Organized, rigorous, team-oriented, and proficient in English; French language skills preferred
  • •ServiceNow certifications (or other certifications) are a plus
  • •Willingness to develop skills and certifications and contribute to growth initiatives
