Job Summary

Build and grow profitable long-term relationships with a designated client portfolio in HSBC’s Global Network Banking team. Partner across in-country and cross-border opportunities to deliver value propositions across credit, lending, infrastructure finance, working capital solutions, and transaction banking. Coordinate origination and execution across multiple product lines, drive revenue and customer satisfaction targets, manage credit quality and risk, and support team training and development.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and grow profitable long-term relationships with clients in a designated portfolio for in-country and cross-border business.
•Coordinate profitable origination and execution across a spectrum of products and services, including debt capital markets, treasury risk management, leveraged acquisition finance, syndicated finance, infrastructure finance, and working capital support.
•Identify event-driven opportunities and bring in sector/country expertise as appropriate.
•Drive revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment against targets.
•Maintain “Trusted Advisor” relationships and combine client relationship management with credit quality-focused risk assessment and management, ensuring compliance with internal/external conduct, AML, and sanctions standards.
